1. Shipping Policy
If you are purchasing a Gizcan Certified Pre-Owned Device, we offer you 3 different shipping quotes based on how quick you want your device delivered. We offer shipping via Canada Post or UPS (varies order to order).
Delivery Times can be found below:
Standard – Up to 5 Business Days – FREE SHIPPING
Expedited – Up to 2 Business Days – $7.99
Express – 1 Business Day – $14.99
If you have received a quote for your cellular device, the delivery of your shipping label will vary depending on the option you selected. If you selected the ‘Shipping Label Only’ option, we will e-mail you a shipping label to the e-mail provided. You can simply package your device in any box and paste the shipping label on the box. Once ready, drop-off to any Canada Post office or mailbox. If you opted for the pre-paid shipping kit, the mailer will be sent to you via Canada Post with absolutely no cost to you. All you need to do is simply secure your device in the mailer and drop-off at a Canada Post location.
2. Return Policy
If you have purchased a Gizcan Certified Pre-Owned Device, you automatically receive a 30-day warranty from the date your device arrives. Within these 30 days, if you find any functionality flaw, we will exchange your device free of any cost to you.
If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason within the 30 days (such as wanting to buy something else), we will still accept your return and charge a 20% restocking fees. In this case, you will also be responsible in paying shipping expenses for the return.
3. Payment Policy
Our goal is to give you the best possible experience on our website.
We have integrated the highest level of SSL security on our website (think banking site safety) to ensure our customers are protected from any sort of identity theft and fraud. The SSL certificate on our website warranties losses of up to $10,000 CAD.
If you are purchasing a device from Gizcan, we offer the following payment methods:

If you are selling your device to Gizcan, you can choose between the following methods of payment:
- Interac Email Transfer
- Store Credit (10% extra)
At Gizcan, your privacy is very important to us. To start things off, we don’t save any of your payment information. There are 2 kinds of information provided to us when a user is browsing or using our services. When purchasing something from us, we collect information such as your Name, Email, Shipping Address and Phone Number. The other information that is automatically collected is tracking information which is not traceable to you directly but helps us in identifying and segmenting our customers. In both cases, the information collected is kept secured and we are not sharing, renting or selling this information to any 3rd parties.
The reason we are collecting your information is for the following reasons:
- Offer our services to you
- Tailor the ads we market
- Fulfill our promise of delivering
- Improving our process
- Contacting you in the event there is an issue with your order.
5. Terms & Conditions
Our terms & conditions may be modified any time. We encourage you to visit these terms & conditions every time you visit our website to see any changes. When you are purchasing a device through Gizcan or selling us your used device, you agree to the following terms:
- Gizcan.com is offering a full 30-day warranty that covers any functional problems with the device. The warranty does not cover any sort of physical damage including broken-screen or water damage.
- You agree to the sale of your device and ownership is implied to be transferred to us as soon as funds are sent from the sale of your device.

6. Law Enforcement
We work closely with law enforcement in Canada to ensure the bad guys stay away. We DO NOT purchase any phones that are blacklisted or reported as stolen. We run a blacklist check for every device that comes in to us to ensure that the device is clean before processing it further. Doing so ensures that the device you are sending is actually yours and not reported as stolen. We are proud to play a small part in keeping our communities safe.
